Since each RAD PC is a one of a kind custom build, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges. However, we stand by our commitment to quality in every PC, and recognize that things happen. We are happy to offer a 45 day “Fix what’s broken” policy. What does that mean? If any component in your PC breaks, or is showing signs of malfunction/failure within 45 days after delivery**, we will work with the part manufacturer to get you a new component. We will even install the replacement part on site, at no extra cost!
Unfortunately after 45 days, we do not offer any warranties, and any component malfunction/warranty will need to be addressed to the proper corresponding manufacturer. We still care! We make this process as painless as possible; every RAD PC comes with a binder made just for you, with all the guides/stickers/warranties from all parts in the PC. We also include custom quick reference sheets with all corresponding serial numbers, model names, and manufacturer contact information for your convenience! And if you’re ever in doubt don’t hesitate to send us an email and we’ll do our best to help.
